Do these words in the same sentence sound wrong to you? Understandably. It’s a plain sight. You’ve witnessed the toll that our profession has taken on your friend, your coworker, your peer. On you.

Our industry is facing a crisis. This comes as a shock to no one (except every person outside of the veterinary profession)

Our goal is to begin the conversation. Our aim is to create a space where we can begin to bring awareness to what the veterinary industry is facing, and to discuss solutions.

So let us introduce ourselves -

And by us, I really mean I. Thriving and Living Veterinary Professionals was created as a way to release some of the daily thoughts running through my head, into a safe place where the conversation can be kept alive.

I say us, because I hope that other veterinary professionals will join the conversation and become a part of the uphill climb that is restructuring our industry into a mental and physical health-friendly environment.
